Årshjul 2024

Nu har vi satt alla datum för sommaren och höstens träffar och viktiga datum tillsammans!

Nu på lördag den 15 juni klockan 10.00 träffas vi för att gemensamt städa runt poolen och hjälpa till med diverse göra inför öppningen av poolen som förhoppningsvis sedan sker under dagen!

Under hela juli har vi grillkvällar tillsammans. Där står samfälligheten för grillkol och tändvätska och alla är välkomna att ta med mat och dryck för en fredagskväll tillsammans.

Vi stänger poolen för säsongen den 24 augusti och har pooltäckning den 31 augusti där vi behöver all er hjälp inför detta.

  • 15 Juni, kl 10.00 – Städ runt poolen och förhoppningsvis öppning!
  • Alla fredagar i Juli – Grillkvällar från 18.30 på grönområdet vid poolen (Ta med dig mat och dryck).
  • 24 augusti – Poolen stänger för säsongen
  • 31 augusti – Pooltäckning
  • 12 oktober kl 09.00 – Höstens städdag. Vi bjuder på frukost och ärtsoppa med punch
  • 30 November, kl 14.00 – Julgranständning. Vi bjuder på glögg och pepparkakor

All the dates for the summer and fall gatherings and important dates together are now set to date!

Now on Saturday, June the 15th at 10.00 we meet to jointly clean around the pool and help out with various things to do before the opening of the pool. Which hopefully then takes place during the day!

Throughout July we have barbecue evenings together. The community provides charcoal and lighter fluid and everyone is welcome to bring food and drinks for a Friday night together.

We close the pool for the season on August the 24th and have pool coverage on August the 31st where we need all your help for this.

Good to know dates:

June the 15th, 10.00 am – Cleaning around the pool and hopefully opening!

Every Friday in July – Barbecue evenings from 18.30 on the green area by the pool (Bring your food and drinks).

August the 24th – Pool closes for the season

August the 31st – Pool cover

October the 12th at 09.00 – Autumn cleaning day. We offer breakfast and pea soup with punch

November the 30th, at 14.00 – Christmas tree lighting. We offer mulled wine and gingerbread

Vi saknar poolvakter!

Vecka 26 & 31 saknar vi poolvakter! (Update: 32 är bemannad! Tack för ni ställer upp!)

Vi behöver 2 personer per vecka

Är det första gången du ska vara poolvakt så kommer vi försöka sätta dig tillsammans med någon som varit poolvakt tidigare.

Vi kommer ha en genomgång hur du sköter poolen klockan 17.00-17.45 under följande datum:


lördag & söndag 15-16 Juni
måndag 17 juni
onsdag 19 juni
lördag 22 juni

Poolansvaret börjar från lördag kl 19.00 till lördag kl 19.00 veckan efter om inget annat är avtalat.

Week 26 & 31 we are missing pool attendants! (Update: week 32 are taken! Thank you!)

We need 2 people per week

If it is your first time as a pool attendant, we will try to put you together with someone who has been a pool attendant before.

We will have a briefing on how to manage the pool at 17.00-17.45 on the following dates:
Saturday & Sunday, June the 15-16
Monday, June the 17th
Wednesday, June the 19th
Saturday, June 22nd

Pool responsibilities start from Saturday at 19.00 until Saturday at 19.00 the following week unless otherwise agreed.

Fotbollsplanen vid poolen

Sommar och sol och snart drar fotbollssäsongen igång igen 😉

Tyvärr har vi efter vildsvinens framfart fått en uppdragen gräsmatta på fotbollsplanen vid poolen. Det kommer att sås nytt gräs, under tiden får tyvärr planen inte användas. Vi jobbar på att få detta gjort så fort som möjligt

Summer and the sun is out and soon the soccer season will start again 😉

Unfortunately, after the wild boar’s progress, we have a destroyed lawn on the football field by the pool. New grass will be sown, in the meantime the pitch is unfortunately not allowed to be used. We are working to get this done as soon as possible

Kallelse till årsstämma för verksamhetsåret 2023 – 2024

Vi har i dagarna skickat ut ett mail till alla medlemmar i sammfälligheten bifogat med kallelse, årsredovisning, revisorernas berättelse, budget 2024-2025, framställan från styrelsen, förslag trädpolicy samt motioner från medlemmar.

Om ni av någon anledning inte skulle ha fått mailet med ovan bifogat, hör av er till wastantorp@outlook.com
