På Wästantorp har vi några av de invasiva främmande arter som är reglerade i EU:s förordning nr 1143/2014 och listade på Naturvårdverkets hemsida. Fastighetsägare, stugägare och andra har ett ansvar och en skyldighet att följa dessa regler för att hindra spridning av de invasiva främmande arterna på EU:s förteckning. Exempelvis är du skyldig att ta bort en sådan art om den finns på din tomt.
Vi har gott om jättebalsamin på området och i trädgårdarna, några mindre bestånd av parkslide, kanadensiskt gullris, samt någon enstaka gul skunkkalla.

Klipp bort blomsterställningarna efter blommning innan frö har bildats, lämna in som brännbart på sopstation eller samla i svarta sopsäckar som läggs i solen innan säckarna slängs som brännbart.
At Wästantorp we have some of the invasive alien species that are regulated in EU Regulation No. 1143/2014 and are listed on the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency’s website. Property owners, cottage owners and others have a responsibility and an obligation to follow these rules to prevent the spread of the invasive alien species on the EU list. For example, you are obliged to remove such a species if found on your property.
We have plenty of giant balsam in the area and in the gardens, some smaller stands of park slide, Canadian Goldenrod, Flower Lupin and one finding of Yellow Skunk Cabbage/Swamp Latern.

Som stugägare är det vårt ansvar att sköta växtligheten runt våra respektive tomter. Vi har fått påstötning från sophämtarna på Merab att det hänger ner grenar på framförallt stickvägarna, vilket gör det svårframkomligt för deras lastbilar.
Följande gäller för oss alla:
Röjning utanför tomt: Håll fritt från grenar och sly längs vägar och vändzoner, se figur nedan.
Vid skada: Om exempelvis sopbil, ambulans eller annan servicebil skadas, är stugägaren skyldig att stå för kostnaden. Samfälligheten ansvarar inte för detta.

As cottage owners, it is our responsibility to take care of the vegetation around our respective plots. We have been informed by the garbage collectors at Merab that there are branches hanging down, especially on the side roads, which makes it difficult for their trucks to pass.
The following applies to all of us:
Clearing outside the plot: Keep the roads and turning zones clear of branches and debris, see figure below.
In the event of damage: If, for example, a garbage truck, ambulance or other service vehicle gets damaged, the cottage owner is liable for the cost. The association is not responsible for this.
The figure above shows the Swedish Transport Administration’s definition of road areas that must be kept clear.
Under hela juli grillar vi tillsammans varje lördag nere vid poolen, 4, 11, 18 och 25 juli. Samfälligheten står för grillkol och tändvätska. Ta med den mat och dryck ni vill njuta. Välkomna vid poolen för en lördagskväll tillsammans. Grillarna tänds runt 18.00
Throughout July we will be grilling together every Saturday down by the pool, July 4, 11, 18 and 25. The association will provide charcoal and lighter fluid. Bring the food and drinks you want to enjoy. Welcome to the pool for a Saturday evening together. The grills will be lit around 6:00 PM
Imorgon har dagen vi väntat på kommit! Poolen öppnar för bad midsommarafton kl 9, inget annat. SMHI hälsar att det blir sol, blå himmel och uppmot 24 C. Njut av dagen och Glad Midsommar önskar Styrelsen.
