Kallelse till årsstämma 30 maj för Wästantorp verksamhetsår 2025 – 2026

Vi har nu skickat ut ett mail till alla medlemmar i samfälligheten bifogat med kallelse, årsredovisning, budget 2026-2027, framställan från styrelsen, samt motioner från medlemmar. Stämman hålls i Husaren, Södra Rörum lördgen den 30 maj klockan 10.00

Om ni av någon anledning inte skulle ha fått mailet med ovan bifogat, hör av er till wastantorp@outlook.com

We have now sent an email to all members of the community, including the notice of the meeting, annual report, budget for 2026–2027, proposals from the board, and motions from members. The meeting will be held at Husaren, Södra Rörum, on Saturday, May 30 at 10:00.

STORT Tack!

Stort tack till alla er som kom och var med på städdagen 11 april. Vi var många, ca 30 personer, och fick mycket arbete gjort.

Hade du inte möjlighet att komma finns det fortfarande lite att göra!

  • Fortsätta fylla på sly kring fotbollsplanen
  • Bäcken behöver rensas runt husen 4631-4615

    Meddela styrelsen om du har möjlighet att hjälpa till med resterande arbete som behövs utföras.

Many thanks to all of you who came and participated in the cleaning day on April 11. There were many of us, about 30 people, and we got a lot of work done.
If you weren’t able to attend, there’s still a bit left to do!

  • Continue clearing brush around the football field.
  • The stream needs to be cleared around houses 4631–4615.

Please inform the board if you’re able to help with the remaining work that needs to be done.

Inbrott

Den senaste tiden har det återigen förekommit en del inbrott i området. Vi vill därför göra er uppmärksamma på detta och uppmana er att ha ett extra öga på era stugor och förråd.
Flera av oss boende har kameror uppsatta för säkerhet, kolla gärna en extra gång på dessa om där är något som sticker ut.

Om du är ute och går i området

  • Var uppmärksam!
  • Gå gärna ner på smågatorna
  • Hälsa på dem du möter och visa att vi har en närvaro i området.

Recently, there have once again been a number of break-ins in the area. We would like to make you aware of this and encourage you to keep an extra eye on your cottages and storage units.

Several of us residents have security cameras installed—please take an extra moment to review them and see if anything stands out.

If you are out walking in the area:

  • Stay alert!
  • Feel free to walk down the smaller streets
  • Greet the people you meet and show that we have a presence in the area.

Poolskötare Sökes!

I sommar behöver vi hjälp att hålla i ordning poolen tillsammans. Vi planerar att öppna poolen i vecka 25, till midsommar. Man kan välja att ha hand om poolen lördag till onsdag eller onsdag till lördag. Byte sker klockan 19.00

Genomgång av det som ska göras kommer att hållas i Juni.
Att vara poolskötare innebär följande:

  • På morgonen använda håv och ta bort sådan som trillat mer i poolerna på natten tex löv, insekter.
  • På kvällen kontrollera pH och klorhalt i båda poolerna med sk lackmuspapper, som är enkelt att läsa av.
  • Hålla rent runt poolområdet från kvarglömda saker och skräp
  • Vid säsong, plocka mördarsniglar på gräsmattorna I poolområdet.

This summer, we need help keeping the pool area in order together. We plan to open the pool in week 25, in time for Midsummer. You can choose to take care of the pool from Saturday to Wednesday or from Wednesday to Saturday. The handover takes place at 19.00.

A walkthrough of the tasks will be held in June.
Being responsible for the pool includes the following:

  • In the morning, use a net to remove anything that has fallen into the pools overnight, such as leaves and insects.
  • In the evening, check the pH and chlorine levels in both pools using litmus paper, which is easy to read.
  • Keep the pool area clean from any forgotten items and litter.
  • During the season, remove Spanish slugs from the lawns in the pool area.

Vattenanvändning i vårt Wästantorp

Wästantorp har en egen borrad brunn som förser oss med vårt vatten. Efter en ovanligt torr vinter ber vi nu alla boende att vara extra sparsamma med vattenanvändningen. Till exempel kan du ta kortare duschar, ha en kanna vatten i kylskåpet i stället för att spola tills det blir kallt, undvika att diska under rinnande vatten samt köra disk- och tvättmaskiner först när de är fulla. Om möjligt, samla gärna regnvatten till trädgården. Vattna med eftertanke och undvik att vattna gräsmattor.

Wästantorp has its own drilled well supplying our water. After an unusually dry winter, we now ask all residents to use water sparingly. For example, take shorter showers, keep a jug of water in the fridge instead of running the tap until it gets cold, avoid washing dishes under running water, and only run dishwashers and washing machines when they are full. If possible, collect rainwater for garden use. Water thoughtfully and avoid watering lawns.
