Poolskötare Sökes!

I sommar behöver vi hjälp att hålla i ordning poolen tillsammans. Vi planerar att öppna poolen i vecka 25, till midsommar. Man kan välja att ha hand om poolen lördag till onsdag eller onsdag till lördag. Byte sker klockan 19.00

Genomgång av det som ska göras kommer att hållas i Juni.
Att vara poolskötare innebär följande:

  • På morgonen använda håv och ta bort sådan som trillat mer i poolerna på natten tex löv, insekter.
  • På kvällen kontrollera pH och klorhalt i båda poolerna med sk lackmuspapper, som är enkelt att läsa av.
  • Hålla rent runt poolområdet från kvarglömda saker och skräp
  • Vid säsong, plocka mördarsniglar på gräsmattorna I poolområdet.

This summer, we need help keeping the pool area in order together. We plan to open the pool in week 25, in time for Midsummer. You can choose to take care of the pool from Saturday to Wednesday or from Wednesday to Saturday. The handover takes place at 19.00.

A walkthrough of the tasks will be held in June.
Being responsible for the pool includes the following:

  • In the morning, use a net to remove anything that has fallen into the pools overnight, such as leaves and insects.
  • In the evening, check the pH and chlorine levels in both pools using litmus paper, which is easy to read.
  • Keep the pool area clean from any forgotten items and litter.
  • During the season, remove Spanish slugs from the lawns in the pool area.

Vattenanvändning i vårt Wästantorp

Wästantorp har en egen borrad brunn som förser oss med vårt vatten. Efter en ovanligt torr vinter ber vi nu alla boende att vara extra sparsamma med vattenanvändningen. Till exempel kan du ta kortare duschar, ha en kanna vatten i kylskåpet i stället för att spola tills det blir kallt, undvika att diska under rinnande vatten samt köra disk- och tvättmaskiner först när de är fulla. Om möjligt, samla gärna regnvatten till trädgården. Vattna med eftertanke och undvik att vattna gräsmattor.

Wästantorp has its own drilled well supplying our water. After an unusually dry winter, we now ask all residents to use water sparingly. For example, take shorter showers, keep a jug of water in the fridge instead of running the tap until it gets cold, avoid washing dishes under running water, and only run dishwashers and washing machines when they are full. If possible, collect rainwater for garden use. Water thoughtfully and avoid watering lawns.

Vårstädning 2026

Här kommer en vänlig påminnelse om att vi nu på lördag den 11 april har vårstädning i Wästantorp! Vi startar kl 09.00 vid poolområdet, det bjuds på förmiddagsfika och grillad korv till lunch. Ju fler vi är desto mer kan vi göra för vårt fina Wästantorp.

Under dagen kommer vi bland annat att:

  • Rensa bäckar för att underlätta avrinning från området, främst de mindre bäckarna runt stugorna. Ta gärna med krattor och andra verktyg för att underlätta rensningen!
  • Lägga ut flis på stigarna
  • Vägunderhåll – uppskottade högar samt potthål lagas
  • Kratta mullvadshögar och vårstäda kring poolen
  • Sätta upp gungor och fotbollsmål
  • Samla sly till staket runt fotbollsplanen

Friendly reminder!

Here’s a friendly reminder that on Saturday, April 11th, we’ll be having our spring cleanup in Wästantorp! We’ll start at 09.00 by the pool area. Morning coffee and grilled hot dogs for lunch will be provided. The more of us who show up, the more we can accomplish for our lovely Wästantorp.

During the day, we’ll be:

  • Clear streams to improve drainage in the area, mainly the smaller ones around the cabins. Feel free to bring rakes and other tools to make the work easier!
  • Spread wood chips on the paths
  • Road maintenance – clearing plowed piles and repairing potholes
  • Rake molehills and do spring cleaning around the pool
  • Set up swings and football goals
  • Gather brushwood for a fence around the football field

The community association will provide morning coffee and grilled sausages for lunch.

Sammanfattning av styrelsemöte #7

1. Ekonomi:
– Vinterns snöröjning och sandning av vägarna kostat mer än budgeterat. Andra utgiftsposter balanserar detta. Ekonomin i samfälligheten är fortsatt god.

2. Ägarbyte:
– Ingen stuga är för tillfället ute till försäljning.

3. Grönområdet:
– Området förbereder sig nu för våren och är fortsatt lugnt och vackert.

4. Vattenverket:
– Vattenprov lämnat för analys av vattenkvalitet, 260323.
– Byte av vattenventiler i ledningsnätet inlett. Särskild information kommer läggas ut på hemsidan om vattnet behöver stängas av vid underhållsarbetet.

5. Poolen:
– Planering för målning av poolen samt underhåll av ventiler till stora poolen pågår. Sker innan poolen öppnar för bad.
– Beslut att byta utsliten presenning till självbärande plåt-tak. Planeras till poolstängningen i augusti.
– Vårstädning vid poolen 13 juni, kl 10:00
– Öppning av poolerna sker till midsommar, vecka 25.

6. Vägarna:
– Underhåll av vägarna med skrapning och nytt grus är planerat till efter 15 april. Potthål lagas vid vårstädningen 11 april.

7. Markägare:
– Markägarna kommer bjudas in till styrelsemöte i vår för dialog om Wästantorp.

8. Övrigt:
– Ingen offert lämnad av Telia ännu för kompletterande inkoppling av fiber. Skickas ut till samtliga stugägare så snart vi fått den.
– Arbetet inför kommande årsstämma 30 maj är inlett. Motioner från stugägare ska lämnas in senast 30 april.
– Wästantorp 50 år:
   Ansökan om bidrag från Craffords stiftelse inskickad.
– Vårstädning sker 11 april, samling kl 9 vid poolområdet. Vi hjälps åt med diverse sysslor som vi går igenom på morgonen. (Samt läggs ut på hemsidan). Har du inte möjlighet att närvara, kontakta styrelsen för uppgifter att utföra! Samfälligheten bjuder på fika och grillad korv.

9. Nästa möte:
– 11 april

    1. Finances:
    – Winter snow removal and road sanding have cost more than budgeted. Other expense items offset this. The association’s finances remain strong.

    2. Ownership changes:
    – No cottages are currently for sale.

    3. Green area:
    – The area is now preparing for spring and remains calm and beautiful.

    4. Waterworks:
    – Water sample submitted for quality analysis, 26th of March.
    – Replacement of water valves in the pipeline network has begun. Specific information will be posted on the website if the water needs to be shut off during maintenance.

    5. Pool:
    – Planning for painting the pool and maintenance of valves for the large pool is underway. This will take place before the pool opens for the season.
    – Decision made to replace the worn tarpaulin with a self-supporting sheet metal roof. Planned for the pool closing in August.
    – Spring cleaning at the pool, 13th of June, 10.00
    – Pool opening is scheduled for Midsummer, week 25.

    6. Roads:
    – Road maintenance with grading and new gravel is planned after 15th of April. Potholes will be repaired during the spring clean-up on the 11th of April.

    7. Landowners:
    – Landowners will be invited to a board meeting this spring for dialogue regarding Wästantorp.

    8. Other:
    – No quote has yet been received from Telia for additional fiber connection. It will be sent to all cottage owners as soon as it is received.
    – Preparations for the upcoming annual meeting on 30th of May have begun. Motions from cottage owners must be submitted no later than 30th of April.
    – Wästantorp 50 years:
    Application for funding from the Crafoord Foundation has been submitted.
    – Spring clean-up takes place on 11th of April, gathering at 09.00 at the pool area. We will take actions on various tasks, which will be reviewed in the morning (also posted on the website). If you are unable to attend, contact the board for tasks to complete. The association will provide coffee and grilled sausages.

    Inlämning av motioner till årsstämman 30 maj 2026

    Förslag som ställs till årsstämman ska vara i form av en motion. Motionerna hanteras och beslutas om under punkten Motioner i agendan till årsstämman. Frågor till styrelsen kan ställas när som under året, de besvaras kontinuerligt.

    Motionen till Wästantorp Samfällighet årsstämma 2026 ska vara inlämnad senast 30 april, 2026, för att behandlas på kommande årsstämma. Formulera din motion så att stämman kan ta beslut med ”ja” eller ”nej”. Skriv under med namn och stugnummer. Motionerna kan mailas till wastantorp@outlook.com  eller läggas i brevlådan vid poolen.

    Enklare frågor kan lyftas under ”Övriga frågor” på stämman, men observera att inga beslut kan fattas på frågor/förslag som inte varit beredda av styrelsen och varit upptagna på dagordningen.

    Proposals for the Annual General Meeting must be submitted as motions.
    Motions will be addressed and decided upon under the “Motions” item on the AGM agenda. Questions to the board may be submitted at any time throughout the year and will be answered on an ongoing basis.

    Motions to be considered at the Wästantorp Community Association Annual General Meeting 2026 must be submitted no later than April 30, 2026.
    Please formulate your motion in a way that allows the meeting to vote “yes” or “no.” Be sure to sign it with your name and cottage number. Motions can be emailed to wastantorp@outlook.com or placed in the mailbox by the pool.

    Simple questions may be raised under “Other Matters” during the AGM. However, please note that no decisions can be made on questions or proposals that have not been reviewed by the board and included in the official agenda.
