Det blir allt vanligare att stugägare sätter upp bevakningskameror för att skydda sin egendom. Samtidigt är vi många som rör oss på stigar och i området nära dessa bevakningskameror. Här kommer information om vad som gäller för privata bevakningskameror:

Som privatperson får du i vissa fall sätta upp bevakningskamera på din egen tomt för att skydda din egendom. Det kallas privatundantaget och innebär att GDPR och kamerabevakningslagen normalt inte gäller.

För att undantaget ska gälla behöver samtliga av dessa punkter uppfyllas:

• Kameran användas av dig eller någon på ditt uppdrag för privat bruk.
• Bevakningen vara begränsad till din egen bostad eller tomt – inte riktas så den också fångar grannens tomt eller allmän plats.
• Ljud får inte spelas in.
• Materialet får inte spridas vidare, exempelvis på internet eller sociala medier.
• Kameran inte bevaka platser där personer regelbundet arbetar eller passerar i sitt arbete.

It is becoming common for cottage owners to install surveillance cameras to protect their property. At the same time, many of us move on paths and in the area near these surveillance cameras. Here is information about what applies to private surveillance cameras:

As a private individual, you are allowed to install a surveillance camera on your own property in certain cases to protect your property. This is called the private exemption and means that the GDPR and the Camera Surveillance Act do not normally apply.

For the exemption to apply, all of these points need to be met:

• The camera is used by you or someone on your behalf for private use.
• The surveillance must be limited to your property – not directed so that it also captures the neighbor’s property or public place.
• Sound must not be recorded.
• The material must not be disseminated further, for example on the internet or social media.
• The camera must not monitor places where people regularly work or pass by in their work.

Wästantorp Samfällighet fyller 50 år 2027!
Många av oss som har stugor på Wästantorp idag var inte med när allt startades. Men kanske har några av er har foton från starten eller tidiga år som kunde vara roliga att dela med sig av. Bilderna är tänkt att användas i en liten minnesskrift som styrelsen arbetar med att dela med stugägarna 2027..

Har ni gamla foton från midsommarfiranden, skogen, bygget av poolhuset, gemensamma tillställningar mm får ni gärna dela med er till styrelsen. Enklast är att ta foto med mobilkameran. Eller om ni har möjlighet att scanna in fotona så blir bildkvaliteten bättre.

Wästantorp Community turns 50 in 2027!
Many of us who have cottages at Wästantorp today were not there when it all started. But maybe some of you have photos from the start or early years that could be fun to share. The photos are intended to be used in a small commemorative publication that the board is working on to be shared with the cottage owners in 2027.

If you have old photos from midsummer celebrations, the forest, the construction of the pool house, joint events, etc., you are welcome to share them with the board. The easiest way is to take a photo with your mobile camera. Or if you have the opportunity to scan the photos, the image quality will be better.

En liten påminnelse om att vi på lördag 10 oktober har höststädning på Wästantorp.
För att underlätta arbetet ombedes alla som har motorsåg, grensågar och grensaxar att ta med dessa. Området med sly vid poolen ska tas omhand denna gång.
Även bäckarna ska snyggas tillså ta gärna med krattor och bekväma stövlar.

Välkomna kl 9 vid poolen.
Styrelsen bjuder på fika och ärtsoppa.

Just a quick reminder that we are holding our autumn cleanup at Wästantorp Saturday, October 10th.
This year we will be clearing the area of ​​scrubby growth near the pool. For this , we ask anyone who has a chainsaw, pole saw, or loppers/pruning shears to bring them along.
The streams also need tidying up, so pleasse bring rakes and comfortable boots.

We look forward to seeing you at the pool at 9:00 AM.
The board will provide refreshments and yellow pea soup.

Sammanfattning av styrelsemöte #4 till hemsidan:

1. Ekonomi:
– Ekonomin i samfälligheten är fortsatt god. Ekonomin håller sig inom budget totalt sett.

– Vår nya bokhållare Janet Kobbe, stuga 4659, hälsades välkommen. Byte sker per
2026-10-01.

2. Ägarbyte:
– Stugor 4609 och 4695 ligger ute till försäljning.

3. Grönområdet:
– Arbetsgrupp tillsatt för arbetet med modernisering av maskinparken i enlighet med beslut från extrastämma 2026-08-30.

– Planering inför städdagen, det är mycket att göra:

• Uppmärkning av parkslide mittemot stuga 5618
• Åtgärda fotbollsplanen efter vildsvinens senaste besök
• Vintra området, gungor, fotbollsmål, grillar
• Avverka sly vid elskåpet och runt fotbollsplanen

4. Vattenverket:
– Service av vattenverket planeras med leverantören.
– Från september återgår vattenverket att endast använda en pump alternerande veckovis.
– Byte av vattenventiler, planering påbörjad. Särskild information kommer läggas ut på hemsidan om vattnet behöver stängas av vid underhållsarbetet.

5. Poolen:
– Renovering av stora poolen påbörjad. Håller tummarna om uppehållsväder så målning kan ske inom kort.

6. Vägarna:
– Vägarna håller fortsatt bra.
– Undersöker om behandling av sk Dustex är hållbarare jämfört med behandling med salt för att förhindra dammspridning under sommaren.

7. Markägare:
– Möte bokas med markägarna för dialog kring gemensamma frågor rörande samfälligheten.

8. Övrigt:
– Gemensam elmätare: Svar från Kraftringen Eftersom husen i Wästantorp har egna inkommande serviskablar (som vi Kraftringen äger) är det tyvärr inte möjligt att ha kollektivmätning.
– Offert från Telia på kostnad för fiberanslutning var utlovad i augusti men har fortfarande inte kommit.
– Wästantorp samfällighet fyller 50 år. Festkommitté planerar firandet och skrift tillsammans med styrelsen. Mer information kommer längre fram.

1. Finances:
   – The finances of the community remain good. The finances are staying within budget overall.

   – The roads are still holding up well.
   – Investigating whether treatment with so-called Dustex is more sustainable compared to treatment with salt to prevent dust spread during the summer.
7. Landowners:
   – A meeting is being booked with the landowners for dialogue on common issues concerning the community.
8. Other:
   – Common electricity meter: Response from Kraftringen Since the houses in Wästantorp have their own incoming service cables (which we Kraftringen own), it is unfortunately not possible to have collective metering.
   – A quote from Telia on the cost of a fiber connection was promised in August but has still not arrived.
   – Wästantorp community is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The celebration committee is planning the celebration and publication together with the board . More information will be available later.

Hösten sänker sig över Wästantorp och Linderödsåsen. Två aktiviteter återstår att genomföra:

Lördag 10 oktober kl 09.00 – Höststädning
Vi samlas för att gemensamt fixa ordning vårt Wästantorp inför vintern. I år blir det extra fokus på området vid fotbollsplanen, Men också rensning av bäckar, vintring av genemsamma ytor i poolområdet mm.
Efteråt njuter vi värmande ärtsoppa.

Lördag 28 november – Lördag innan 1:a advent tänder vi ljusdekorationen vid badet och njuter julstämning med glögg (alkoholfri) och grillad korv.

Autumn is descending over Wästantorp and Linderödsåsen. Two activities remain this year:

Saturday, October 10 at 9:00 am – Autumn cleaning
We gather to jointly tidy up our Wästantorp for the winter. This year we focus on the area by the football field, but also cleaning of streams, winterizing common areas in the pool area, etc.
Afterwards we enjoy warming yellow pea soup.

Saturday, November 28 – Saturday before the 1st Advent we light the decoration by the pool and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere with mulled wine (non-alcoholic) and grilled sausages.

Fridays in July – Every Friday during July, those who wish are welcome to meet at the pool for a barbecue evening. Bring whatever you would like to grill, along with sides and drinks, and enjoy a lovely time together.
