1. Valberedningen:
– Eva Granér i valberedningen var inbjuden till styrelsemötet för att inleda årets arbete inför kommande årsstämma 30 maj.

2. Ekonomi:
– Ekonomin i samfälligheten är fortsatt god. Verksamheten följer lagd budget.
3. Ägarbyte:
– Ingen stuga är för tillfället ute till försäljning.
4. Grönområdet:
– Området är lugnt och vackert vintervitt.
5. Vattenverket:
– Vattenprov från 5 januari 2026 godkända utan anmärkning
– Byte av vattenventiler i ledningsnätet inleds 28 mars. Särskild information kommer läggas ut på hemsidan om vattnet behöver stängas av vid underhållsarbetet.
6. Poolen:
– Underhåll av ventiler till stora poolen planeras till våren.
– Målning av stora poolen planeras till våren.
– Presenningen på stora poolen är utslitet. Bytes efter kommande badsäsong.
– Vårstädning vid poolen 13 juni, kl 10:00
– Öppning av poolerna sker till midsommar, vecka 25.
7. Vägarna:
– Underhåll av vägarna med skrapning och nytt grus är planerat till efter 15 april. Tills dess ska alla potthål vara lagade. Information om när detta sker kommer meddelas via hemsidan.
– Alla vägar grusas 22 februari
- Markägare:
– Markägarna kommer bjudas in till styrelsemöte i vår för dialog om Wästantorp. - Övrigt:
– Offert har begärts in från Telia för kompletterande inkoppling av fiber. Skickas ut till samtliga stugägare så snart vi fått den.
– Arbetet inför kommande årsstämma 30 maj är inlett. Information ang motioner läggs upp på hemsidan och skickas ut via mail.
– Wästantorp 50 år:
Planeras för ny samtalsklubb till sommaren för intresserade att prata om vår samfällighet.
– Vårstädning sker 11 april, samling kl 9 vid poolområdet.

– Eva Granér from the nomination committee was invited to the board meeting to initiate this year’s work ahead of the upcoming annual general meeting on May 30.

- Finances:
– The finances of the community association remain strong. Operations are following the approved budget. - Change of Ownership:
– No cottages are currently for sale. - The Green Area:
– The area is calm and beautifully covered in winter snow. - The Waterworks:
– Water samples from January 5, 2026 were approved without remarks.
– Replacement of water valves in the pipeline network will begin on March 28. Specific information will be posted on the website if the water needs to be shut off during the maintenance work. - The Pool:
– Maintenance of the valves for the large pool is planned for the spring.
– Painting of the large pool is planned for the spring.
– The tarpaulin covering the large pool is worn out and will be replaced after the upcoming swimming season.
– Spring cleaning at the pool on June 13 at 10:00.
– The pools will open by Midsummer, week 25. - The Roads:
– Road maintenance with grading and new gravel is planned after April 15. Until then, all potholes should be repaired. Information about when this will take place will be announced via the website.
– All roads will be gravelled on February 22.
8. Landowners:
– The landowners will be invited to a board meeting this spring for a dialogue about Wästantorp.
9. Other matters:
– A quote has been requested from Telia for additional fiber connection. It will be sent to all cottage owners as soon as it has been received.
– Preparations for the upcoming annual general meeting on May 30 have begun. Information about motions will be posted on the website and sent out via email.
– Wästantorp 50 years: A new discussion club is being planned for the summer for those interested in talking about our community association.
– Spring clean-up will take place on April 11, gathering at 9:00 at the pool area.
