Berättarcafé

Vi är så glada för att ni kommit till vårt berättarcafé och berättat om vårt fina Wästantorp från förr! Vi vill gärna ha in mer historier och hoppas fler har möjlighet att komma! Nästa gång vi ses är nu på lördag 2 augusti kl 15.00 vid poolen. Föreningen bjuder på kaffe!

Alla är välkomna, oavsett om du haft boende här länge, eller precis köpt nytt! Tillsammans bygger vi historierna!

Dessa träffar är en del av ett gemensamt projekt i samarbete med ABF MittSkåne, med målet att sammanställa en minnesskrift inför Wästantorps samfällighetsförenings 50-årsjubileum år 2027.

Our next gathering is this Saturday, August 2nd at 15.00 by the pool.
The association will offer coffee!

Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve lived here for a long time or just bought a home!
Together we build the stories!

Välkommen till Berättarkaffe i Wästantorp

Har du bott länge i Wästantorp, eller är du nyfiken som nyinflyttad? Oavsett vilket är du varmt välkommen till våra berättarkaffeträffar vid poolen! Tillsammans delar vi med oss av våra minnen och historier från området – stort som smått – för att bevara bygdens berättelser.

Vi har valt olika dagar och tider för att så många som möjligt ska kunna delta. Fler tider kan tillkomma om intresset är stort!

Welcome to Storytelling Coffee at Wästantorp

Have you lived in Wästantorp for many years, or are you a curious newcomer? Either way, you are warmly welcome to join our storytelling coffee gatherings by the pool! Together, we’ll share memories and stories from the area – big or small – to help preserve the local history.

☕ The association will provide coffee.

These gatherings are part of a joint initiative in collaboration with ABF MittSkåne, with the goal of creating a commemorative publication for Wästantorp Community Association’s 50th anniversary in 2027.

Proposed meeting times:

We’ve chosen different days and times to accommodate as many people as possible. More dates may be added based on interest!

  • Sunday, July 6 at 11:00 AM
  • Friday, July 11 at 3:00 PM
  • Saturday, July 19 at 2:00 PM
  • Thursday, July 24 at 3:00 PM

Come as you are – with or without a story – and help us create a living memory of Wästantorp!

Poolavtäckning 7 juni 10.00

Snart ska poolen öppnas upp! Innan vi kan göra det behöver vi allas hjälp att rensa upp och göra i ordning inför poolsäsongen.

Nästa lördags att göra lista:
– Avtäckning av pool
– Städa omklädningsrum
– Rensa plattor
– Gemensamma ytor runt poolen ska städas och snyggas till
– Fixa kanterna på gräsmattan
– Måla bord och bänkar
– Övrigt fix

Vi hoppas på bra uppslutning från alla våra medlemmar. Har du svårt för att vara med och arbeta fysiskt är du såklart ändå välkommen för att skapa gemenskap och träffa andra medlemmar!

När vi är klara bjuder vi på korv!

The pool will be opening soon!
Before we can do that, we need everyone’s help to clean up and prepare for the pool season.

To-do list for next Saturday:

  • Uncover the pool
  • Clean the changing rooms
  • Clear the paving stones
  • Tidy and clean the shared areas around the pool
  • Trim the lawn edges
  • Paint tables and benches
  • Other small repairs and fixes

We hope for a great turnout from all our members. If you’re unable to participate in the physical work, you’re of course still welcome to come along, enjoy the community spirit, and meet other members!

Once we’re done, we’ll serve hot dogs!

Inlämning av motioner till årsstämman 24 maj 2025

Förslag som ställs till årsstämman ska vara i form av en motion. Motionerna hanteras och beslutas om under punkten Motioner i agendan till årsstämman. Frågor till styrelsen kan ställas när som under året, de besvaras kontinuerligt.

Motionen till Wästantorp Samfällighet årsstämma 2025 ska vara inlämnad senast 30 april, 2025, för att behandlas på kommande årsstämma. Formulera din motion så att stämman kan ta beslut med ”ja” eller ”nej”. Skriv under med namn och stugnummer. Motionerna kan mailas till wastantorp@outlook.com  eller läggas i brevlådan vid poolen.

Enklare frågor kan lyftas under ”Övriga frågor” på stämman, men observera att inga beslut kan fattas på frågor/förslag som inte varit beredda av styrelsen och varit upptagna på dagordningen.

Proposals for the Annual General Meeting must be submitted as motions.
Motions will be addressed and decided upon under the “Motions” item on the AGM agenda. Questions to the board may be submitted at any time throughout the year and will be answered on an ongoing basis.

Motions to be considered at the Wästantorp Community Association Annual General Meeting 2025 must be submitted no later than April 30, 2025.
Please formulate your motion in a way that allows the meeting to vote “yes” or “no.” Be sure to sign it with your name and cottage number. Motions can be emailed to wastantorp@outlook.com or placed in the mailbox by the pool.

Simple questions may be raised under “Other Matters” during the AGM. However, please note that no decisions can be made on questions or proposals that have not been reviewed by the board and included in the official agenda.
