Sammanfattning av styrelsemöte #4 till hemsidan:
1. Ekonomi:
– Ekonomin i samfälligheten är fortsatt god. Ekonomin håller sig inom budget totalt sett.
– Vår nya bokhållare Janet Kobbe, stuga 4659, hälsades välkommen. Byte sker per
2026-10-01.
2. Ägarbyte:
– Stugor 4609 och 4695 ligger ute till försäljning.
3. Grönområdet:
– Arbetsgrupp tillsatt för arbetet med modernisering av maskinparken i enlighet med beslut från extrastämma 2026-08-30.
– Planering inför städdagen, det är mycket att göra:
- Uppmärkning av parkslide mittemot stuga 5618
- Åtgärda fotbollsplanen efter vildsvinens senaste besök
- Vintra området, gungor, fotbollsmål, grillar
- Avverka sly vid elskåpet och runt fotbollsplanen
- Färdigställa pergolan med hängrnnor
- Vintra värmeanläggningen för poolen
- Röja bäckar
- Inhandla fika och ärtsoppa
4. Vattenverket:
– Service av vattenverket planeras med leverantören.
– Från september återgår vattenverket att endast använda en pump alternerande veckovis.
– Byte av vattenventiler, planering påbörjad. Särskild information kommer läggas ut på hemsidan om vattnet behöver stängas av vid underhållsarbetet.
5. Poolen:
– Renovering av stora poolen påbörjad. Håller tummarna om uppehållsväder så målning kan ske inom kort.
6. Vägarna:
– Vägarna håller fortsatt bra.
– Undersöker om behandling av sk Dustex är hållbarare jämfört med behandling med salt för att förhindra dammspridning under sommaren.
7. Markägare:
– Möte bokas med markägarna för dialog kring gemensamma frågor rörande samfälligheten.
8. Övrigt:
– Gemensam elmätare: Svar från Kraftringen Eftersom husen i Wästantorp har egna inkommande serviskablar (som vi Kraftringen äger) är det tyvärr inte möjligt att ha kollektivmätning.
– Offert från Telia på kostnad för fiberanslutning var utlovad i augusti men har fortfarande inte kommit.
– Wästantorp samfällighet fyller 50 år. Festkommitté planerar firandet och skrift tillsammans med styrelsen. Mer information kommer längre fram.

– The roads are still holding up well.
– Investigating whether treatment with so-called Dustex is more sustainable compared to treatment with salt to prevent dust spread during the summer. - Landowners:
– A meeting is being booked with the landowners for dialogue on common issues concerning the community. - Other:
– Common electricity meter: Response from Kraftringen Since the houses in Wästantorp have their own incoming service cables (which we Kraftringen own), it is unfortunately not possible to have collective metering.
– A quote from Telia on the cost of a fiber connection was promised in August but has still not arrived.
– Wästantorp community is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The celebration committee is planning the celebration and publication together with the board . More information will be available later. - Next meeting:
